Grains

Grains

For centuries grains have been the foundation of a healthy diet. Recently there have been growing concerns about eating modern grains. In many cases, my clients have felt better when they’ve eliminated wheat, rye and barley, and still others do best when they limit all grains. Here you’ll find mostly grains that are considered “gluten-free” like oats and buckwheat, or grain-like seeds that can be used to replace grains, like quinoa (keen-WAH), millet, or amaranth.
